What can I say about this hotel... On the plus side the decor is really nice. The staff are pretty good, as with most Thai hotels. However, its location is brutal it advertises itself as having a "great location at the city center steps away from great dining and entertainment options. The complimentary shuttle bus.." The facts are you are less than 100m from not being in Pattaya at all, there is almost nothing around it at this point, it looks like the area is redeveloping, walking and catching the Baht Bus is roughly 30/35 mins to "Central Pattaya" and apparently the shuttle bus is no longer offered, although it still claims it is in the rooms. The Rooms are quite nicely done, although paper thin walls and the balcony is not wide enough to fit a chair on it and sit comfortably. Others have spoken about the value and while I got a pretty good rate, it wasn't what was described so I would argue getting a "good rate" when its not what it claims isn't actually a good rate at all. I did bring this to the attention of the hotel and the management and gave them the opportunity to let me relocate, however due to the nature of my booking they wouldn't offer a refund(they did offer me breakfast for the last 2 nights of my 3 night stay). To sum up, the hotel itself is OK although not sure I would consider it 4 stars but the location is brutal unless you have your own transport I would give it a hard pass and not in any world is it what it claims to be in its advertisements add to that the fact that it is quite noisy without having much of anything worthwhile nearby you end up with the worst of all worlds. Really the location brings down the other figures if you disregarded the location I think it would be low 3's star wise, but if I could score it below 1 I would do.

Inexpensive and comfortable hotel. Well decorated hotel. Clean and well maintained. Cannot beat the price it offers here. Sound insulation is a problem here. You can hear a lot of loud traffic noises and some loud music from nearby buildings. This hotel is a walking distance from terminal 21 and Pattaya beach. A lot of restaurants and convenience shops nearby.
